With telephone and video appointments these can be completed from your office, your home, or anywhere you like. As long as you have a good internet / phone connection you can complete appointments wherever works best for you. For home appointments you’ll be matched to those closest to your home or clinic.
I’ve been able to pick the hours I want to work, and fit it in around my existing commitments – it’s a great source of extra revenue for me and I feel like I’m really helping those in my local community.
For me the ability to provide care via telephone and video calls has been fantastic, I’ve done a few home visits too – it’s been great to be able to help people who might otherwise struggle to get to a medical centre. The additional income has been great and the team at DoC have been great in scheduling appointments when I have availability.
